While the main goal of traditional after-sales services is to ensure customer satisfaction, the main goal in the Customer Experience Management perspective is to create customer loyalty. This requires a different perspective and strategic approach.

In this training, which was held with high participation and interaction, it was very valuable for me to see the teams internalize their passion for providing better service to their customers and the steps to be taken to make their customers loyal. I believe that with this awareness and consciousness, they will take the customer experience even further.
