I provide transformational and developmental leadership training programs, especially by determining the leadership needs of major organizational changes. I started my career as a manager at the age of 26 and continued from the age 28 on in a very early stage as a director. The cases I have experienced and observed during these years are the basis of the trainings I provide.

Every company has its own culture and this is generally shaped by the Vision, Mission and Values ​​that the company values.

However, there is no definite line, instead there is a cultural corridor. This corridor may be very wide in some companies and very narrow in others, but no matter what, there is a corridor. The leadership qualities of the managers who move within this corridor reflect the real face of the company.

That is why you encounter very different subcultures depending on the qualities of the leaders in different departments in the same company (Despot Leader, Father Leader, Faded Leader, etc.).

As a result, the manager you put in charge of that department shapes and dominates the culture of the environment he is responsible for. Your employees perceive this culture created by your managers as the company culture.

The purpose of this course is to raise awareness, especially for new and mid-level managers, about the minimum and standard behaviors and methods that must be shown in order to make a positive contribution to the "employee experience".

In this way, a contribution will be made to the formation of a more solid and effective company culture throughout the company and to the increase of company belonging.

There are many managerial and leadership skills. Trying to master and develop them all can lead to none of them being fully realized because your capacity is inherently limited. In reality, it is often neither meaningful nor necessary to possess all of these skills. This course will show you which skills to apply when and to what extent in order to be perceived as a successful Manager and Leader. That is why the course is called "Effective Management and Leadership" Training.

Participants will clearly understand that whether in business or personal life, it is all about managing and never about determining who is right or wrong or whether someone deserves it.

In this training, participants will be given many examples to emphasize how and why it is important not how their work is perceived by themselves but how it is perceived by the other party.

Training Execution Method:

Individual Requests : Within the framework of my collaboration with TEEDO, I provide this training at least twice a year via TEEDO's Online training platform. 
Corporate Requests : Provided directly through my "Optimist Training and Consultancy" company.  

Training Style:
  • The selected cases and examples are compiled from real events that Uğurlu has personally encountered or observed throughout his 30-year professional management career.
  • The focus is primarily on practical and everyday business scenarios that participants may encounter.
  • Cases/examples are selected based on the profiles of the participants.

Training Duration and Number of Participants:
  • The training duration is at least 2 days and may extend up to 3 days depending on the level of detail and interaction requested.
  • Optional: Additional 2 days of screening trainings are conducted based on requested competencies.
  • To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training, the number of participants should not exceed 15 people.
