I Gave Customer Experience Management Training to Turkish Cargo Team of Turkish Airlines in Cooperation with Teedo

Last week, in collaboration with Teedo, I provided a special training on "Customer Experience Management" to Turkish Cargo team of Turkish Airlines. Within the scope of the training, I discussed the basic concepts of customer experience management and shared effective tips with the participants on creating loyal customers and making this loyalty sustainable, which is one of the most important goals of this process.

The energy of the participants, their desire to learn and their passion for providing superior service to their customers were extremely inspiring.

I am happy and proud to have contributed to Turkish Airlines, the pride of Türkiye.

On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere thanks to THY Deputy General Manager responsible for Cargo Mr. Ali Türk and Customer Services Manager Mr. Mustafa Asım Subaşı, who approved the implementation of this training and provided their valuable support with their visionary approach emphasizing the importance of customer experience management.
