I Gave a Presentation at the Chameleon Effect in Customer Experience Meeting
At the "Chameleon Effect in Customer Experience" meeting organized by IMI Conferences, I made a presentation about the difficulties of implementing Customer Experience in companies and how great results it can produce when implemented correctly.
This conference, which was held for the first time after the pandemic with the participation of 75 people, was really enjoyable and satisfying. I would like to thank IMI Conferences and Ms. Meltem for bringing us together.
