4. Payment

Payments are made online by credit card.

5. Performance of the Service

The service is delivered online on the scheduled date and time of the training.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.

7. Liability

The Buyer is responsible for providing the necessary technical infrastructure required to access the online system.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
