1. Cancellation and Refund
Participants may receive a full refund of the fee paid if they provide written notice at least 14 days before the training start date.
2. Less Than 14 Days Before the Training Start Date
No refunds will be issued if there are fewer than 14 days remaining before the training start date. However, the participant may transfer their registration once, free of charge, to the next available session of the same program.
3. Start of Training and Access to Digital Content
No refunds will be issued after the training has started or once access to training materials / digital content has been provided.
4. Transfer of Registration to Another Person
Participants may transfer their registration to another person by providing written notice no later than 3 business days before the training start date. No additional fee will be charged in this case.
5. Processing of Refunds
For approved requests, refunds will be processed within 10 business days at the latest, using the original payment method.
6. Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer Requests

7. Program Postponement
To maintain the highly interactive nature of the program, a minimum number of participants may be required for the program to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the training date may be postponed. In this case, participants may choose to attend the program on the new date or receive a full refund of the fees paid.
